We do have 2 main method for the surface coating of the cages, galvanized and powder coating are all can used for our metal products, galvanized do have hot galvanized way and cold galvanized way, hot galvanized way is the better treatment which allow you can use the cages during a moisture place but cost will be a litter higher.
The material of the cage
Q 235 is the main material for most metal cages in the market which you can see, few of them are made with stainless steel and aluminium since the high cost of the cages, but Q235 is more stronger for cage production, the other two materials are more stable during using, most of the factory support material customized during cage production.
