Details of Stackable Steel Racks
- Special construction:
The design of the stackable post pallet is special which the top of the vertical column and the feet, they have to matched each other for a safe and stable stacking during using. We normally do a round foot and a square top with groove or opposite structure, they are more tight and stable when you stack them together during use.
- Movable or folded vertical column:
As you know the size of the finished stacking post pallet is bigger, so we design a disassembled vertical column or folded but fixed vertical column mostly, allow you can storage them or transporting them easily with smaller volume, the shipping and storage cost is also cheaper which we can support you.
- Different designs of the plate:
The base plate can be customized with different styles, they are mainly made with big square tube, but sometimes our customers prefer wire mesh bottom which combination with square tubes, solid metal plate is also a available option for us, we are profession for the production of steel pipe post pallet, you can get support from us with all kinds of cages.

Loading capacity

Size
Size can be chosen with different also, 800mm X 1200mm, 1000mm X 1200mm/1000mm, 1015mm x 1115mm x 1000mm etc, are all can be done for you by our factory, the extend sizes of the metal post pallet need to design a special bottom plate to make sure they are more stronger, you can contact with us for talking about more details of it now.
Material
We have different materials for the production of steel pipe post pallet but the common material is Q235 and Q345, these materials are more stronger, cheaper and easy to get from the market, you can choose stainless steel or aluminium as the materials also, but the price will be very different from the metal, you can come to get our quotation for different materials of the pallet.

Plastic pallet need a totally different materials and production lines during production compare with Stacking Post Pallets, but we are a group company which we have more than 30 years production, plastic product is another traditional product in our factory which you can get from us. The plastic pallet is the most common product which you can get from us, there are more than 500 kinds of styles that you can choose from us, most of time we do have stocks of them that you can choose any pieces from us.
Plastic IBC pallet
IBC pallet is a kind of product which the material is same like plastic pallet, but the production machines are totally different as well as the useful, these pallet are used for dangerous liquid during storage and transportation, a tank is designed for this kind of pallet, we have matched machines and we can supply you different kinds of IBC pallet also. Even for a customized product, we also can support you with the special and unique design and color just like Demountable Post Pallet.
Plastic crates
Plastic crates which with folded and fixed walls are all have in our factory, we do have stocks for the most of time since the bigger volume of the box and few of our customers request them with less quantity and different sizes, get a very quick delivery time and good price is available from us. We can help our customers with the shipment if they do not familiar about about it, the production process is totally different also which compare with post pallet stillage.
